1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Sels de Rehy, LLC (details in the Legal Notice). For any question regarding your data: [email protected].
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, name, password (stored hashed), preferred language and currency, role within the account.
- Tracker configuration data: the tracker's objective, the keywords you track (each defined by a label and its optional aliases, including domain names) and the questions you put to the engines. These items concern business subjects (companies, brands, products) and are not used to profile you as an individual.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, inferred country, connection logs, browser and device information, actions performed within the Service.
- Billing data: we store no card data (handled by our payment provider). We keep reconciliation identifiers (customer, credit wallet) and issued invoices.

4. Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with the following categories of recipients, acting as processors on our behalf:
- Payment provider: Stripe, for payment processing and fraud prevention.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: for hosting the Service and storing data, under appropriate contractual safeguards. The precise list is available on request.
- Third-party AI engines: to run the surveys, the Service sends to these engines' APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) measurement queries about business entities. These queries do not contain your account data.
- Email provider: for transactional messages (verification, reset, invitations, reports).
5. International transfers
As Sels de Rehy, LLC is established in the United States, your data may be processed in the United States and, depending on the processors, in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is on the basis of appropriate safeguards (in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or a recognized equivalent mechanism).
6. Retention periods
- Account: for the duration of the relationship, then limited archiving after closure to manage obligations and disputes.
- Measurements: the measurement series is retained as a component of the Service (it resumes when your balance is topped up), unless you request deletion within legal limits.
- Invoices: for the retention period required by applicable law.
- Technical logs: limited duration for security purposes.
7. Cookies
The Service uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (authentication session, language and currency preferences). Any non-essential cookies (audience measurement) are set only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
8. Your rights
In accordance with applicable law (in particular the GDPR for individuals located in the European Union), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to determine the fate of your data after your death. You may exercise them by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
If you reside in California or a US state recognizing equivalent rights, you have comparable rights of access, deletion and objection to the "sale" of your data (which we do not engage in).
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (password hashing, access control, account isolation). As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may amend this policy. Material changes are notified to you by reasonable means. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
