Epovest runs from an API and an MCP server, so your AI assistant can drive it. The surface is built so that acting is safe: every operation can be undone, and nothing on it is irreversible.
Reversible
Everything can be undone
Every removal can be undone. A deleted item moves to a trash, and a restore brings it back with its full history; an archived item sets a flag that returns it unchanged. No tool on the API or the MCP server destroys data. State-changing tools are flagged, so your MCP client can ask you to confirm before it acts.
Prepaid
You approve every payment
Credits are prepaid and never expire, and only the checks that run are debited. The top-up tool returns a hosted payment link: nothing is charged by the call, and you approve the amount on the payment page. The price recomputes from your configuration, and the balance is read on demand.
Verifiable
Everything traces back to a record
Every answer is archived with its cited sources, dated. What the app shows, the API and the MCP server show too, so anything your assistant reports traces back to the record it came from. Your prompts are asked verbatim, through the official APIs of the engines.
